Ayurvedische Diagnostik & Therapie

An Ayurveda therapy is a complex, on-going holistic treatment. It includes cleansing treatments, nutrition and dietetics, behavior- and daily rutines, manualbodytreatments, herbal & animal products and the philosophy of Ayurveda. As a patient I will actively include you in the treatment process. This will help you develop self-awareness and self-knowledge and you will be able to put yourself more and more at the centre of your life. Your inner resources and self-regulating energies will be enhanced and your mental, emotional, psychological and physical concerns taken into account.

Ayurveda therapy is preventive, with the aim of keeping you healthy. However, Ayurveda also helps relieve diseases, ailments or pain and can be combined with other forms of medical treatment, e.g. conventional western medicine. If you have an already established medical diagnosis, I can, at your request, also consult with your treating physicians. More informations see on this website "About Ayurveda".

Ayurveda medicine can be counterproductive if there is a false diagnosis or if administered in an unprofessional manner. Medicinal herbs and supplements have powerful effects, and that is why all the treatments, medicines and medical oils I prescribe are specifically chosen for you.

In our first session I will establish a holistic diagnosis and anamnesis of your needs and ailments, your digestion, metabolism, diseases and symptoms. After this I will given a recommendation of the mentioned above interventions.

I will establish a personalized treatment plan with you. It will include a carefully chosen combination of body treatments, nutritional and health consultations, herbal supplements, cleansing therapies and dietetics as well as psychological coaching. Such a full treatment usually comprises six to seven 120-minute sessions to get holistic treated with Ayurvedamedicine.

In the subsequent sessions there will only be a brief examination before we then administer the prescribed therapy.
