Ayurvedamedicine is a holistic and an own medical system. The body treatments are one part of it. The ayurvedic body treatments are not wellness or short term treatments. Therefore a diagnostic/anamnesis is needed before to select the specific treatment aswell indicated medical oils or herbs for you. Ayurvedic bodytreatments can be contraindicated or they can also bring not good effects if they are not proper select before. Therefore please book first the consultation for diagnostic/anamnesis.
The detoxifying, purifying, energy-boosting and relaxing/soothing body treatments with medical oils, herbs, pastes and spices are adapted to your current living situation and acute ailments, i.e. to your Vikriti. Your vital points, the Marmas, will also be stimulated or soothed depending on your needs. Marma means gate, gathering, centre in Sanskrit and its teachings originate in the Vedas. The principles of Marma provide the various conditions of the organs, nerves or muscles, in order to establish and treat the roots of the problem with sense and sensibility. By including and working with the Marmas blockages and ailments can be specifically targeted. In my treatments I also integrate the Nadis (meridians) and Chakras (energy centres) as well as the muscular system, the nervous system, joints and other tissues. (Dhatus and Upadhatus).
In treating your constitution (Prakriti and Vikriti) accordingly, this can also help balance the seasonal effects on your health. You will become more resistant during the seasonal changes from cold to heat and vice versa.
Every treatment begins with a short interview, so that I can establish your situation and adapt my treatment to include your personal needs.
The high-quality herbs and pastes I use, as well as the medical oils, are all organic and produced according to Ayurveda principles in Sri Lanka, India and Germany. They can have powerful effects and can cause adverse reactions if based on an incorrect diagnosis or administered by a non-professional person. That is why I choose all the medical compounds, herbs, pastes and oils specifically according to your symptoms.
