During consultations, I can not take phone calls.
For urgent telephone-appointments, please contact me in writing first so that an appointment with zoom or phone can be fixed.
I usually offer telephone-appointments or online-appointments for existing patients.
Zurich Open Monday till Saturday: To make an appointment for an initial consultation (diagnosis & anamnesis) or for follow-up consultations (Ayurveda medicine & therapy/ all 6 methods of Ayurveda medicine) (partly also possible on Saturdays and public holidays), please use the online appointment booking system at this page below.
In the clinic place in Wil/SG (Gesundheitspraxis Strässle) I can offer initial diagnosis & anamneses as well as follow-up consultations for advice on medicines, diagnostics & anamnesis, nutritional therapy, order therapy and psychology/philosophy on isolated days on early request. However, manual procedures and pancakarma cures are not performed there. If you like a consultation in Wil/SG please contact me directly by email and NOT by the booking system.

Reimbursement by health insurance:
I am registered of the EMR (Quality in Experiential Medicine) and Visana.
Please check with your insurance company to see how much you will be reimbursed, as this varies from every health insurance company.

I regularly issue a fee invoice for you at the end of each month, after you have paid in full. You can submit this to your health insurance company for reimbursement of my services. If you wish to be reimbursed immediately after the consultation, it is possible to pay immediately after the consultation.
Do you not have a supplementary insurance? Then you are also welcome to take out an Ayurveda Abonnement (CHF 500 at a reduced rate for 7 consultations see in Diagnosis & Therapy side for the exact conditions).
If you are unable to attend an arranged consultation, please cancel it at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise you will be charged 80.- CHF. This only does not apply in acute situations.
If the treatment lasts longer/shorter than 20 minutes, the surcharge or deduction will be charged to 30min.
You are also welcome to sign up for the Ayurveda Medicine Newsletter in this page, then you will receive special and current informations about Ayurveda Medicine and also about the clinic in Zurich/Wil, Switzerland and Srilanka about 3 times a year.

Erstdiagnostik & Anamnese:
Sie sind ein/e neue/r Patient/In ? Die ayurvedischmedizinische Erstdiagnostik&Anamnese ist für jede Behandlung und oder Beratung in der klassischen traditionellen Ayurvedamedizin die Voraussetzung. In dieser Erstdiagnostik&Anamnese werde ich Sie untersuchen und auch einige Fragen stellen. Dauer: 2 Stunden. Danach arbeite ich die Angaben nach den klassischen Kriterien der Ayurvedamedizin aus und erstelle einen Behandlungsempfehlungsplan anhand der 6 Methoden der Ayurvedamedizin (Ausleitungsverfahren, Arzneimittel, Ernährungstherapie, Ordnungstherapie, ayur. Psychotherapie, Manualverfahren/Körperbehandlungen).
Bitte lesen Sie die Behandlungsvereinbarung in der Terminbestätigung (wird Ihnen mitgesendet hier im Anhang durch und bringen Sie diese zur Erstkonsultation ausgefüllt mit. Es ist gewünscht die Erstdiagnostik&Anamnese gleich vor Ort bar zu bezahlen (bitte genauer Betrag mitbringen). Später ist Bezahlung mit EZ-Schein oder online möglich.

Bitte nur Konsultationen buchen wenn Sie sich sicher sind. An- und Abmeldungen blockieren andere Patient/Innen und die Praxis. Die Buchungen sind verbindlich und eine Absagepauschale wird verrechnet unter 48 Stunden. Besten Dank für Ihr Verständnis.
